Our cleanroom cables are specially designed for use in controlled industrial environments, meeting the highest standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and low particle emission. The halogen-free, chemical-resistant cables are suitable for power and data transmission as well as control and signal applications in cleanrooms for the pharmaceutical, food, and semiconductor industries, in display manufacturing, and in bio- and medical technology. They comply with DIN EN ISO 14644-1 and meet the requirements of VDI 2083 Part 8 for cleanroom suitability of equipment.

SABclean CATLine CAT 5e / 6A / 7A S Highly Flexible Network Cables for Cleanrooms and High-Dynamic Drag Chains

We introduce the SABclean CATLine CAT 5e / 6A / 7A S highly flexible network cables, specifically engineered for cleanrooms and high-dynamic drag chain applications. Compliant with the stringent DIN EN ISO 14644-1 Class 1 standard—the highest air cleanliness classification—these cables feature double shielding (aluminum foil and tinned copper braiding) to thoroughly block high-frequency electromagnetic interference (EMI). They perfectly support EtherCAT and EtherNET/IP applications. The outer sheath is made of wear-resistant, oil-resistant TPE material and is completely PFAS-free, making it the premier choice for high-end network transmission in semiconductor and flat panel display manufacturing processes.

  • Model 15779001 (CATLine CAT 5e S): Outer diameter of 6.4 mm; basic twisted-pair construction with aluminum foil and tinned copper braid shielding to meet CAT 5e transmission requirements.

  • Model 16779006 (CATLine CAT 6A S): Outer diameter of 6.9 mm; basic twisted-pair construction with aluminum foil and tinned copper braid shielding to meet CAT 6A transmission requirements.

  • Model 17779003 (CATLine CAT 7A S): Outer diameter of 8.9 mm; individually shielded pairs (aluminum foil) with an overall aluminum-clad non-woven tape and tinned copper braid shielding. Offers the strongest anti-interference performance to meet CAT 7A transmission standards.
